Fears: None Disorder: Mania Bio     Ruth is one of the Four Hospital administrators. She along with the other Admins, are the only ones who know the secrets of the town and Asylum. She was born in sunny so cal. She was always very bright for her age. Very strict and by the books. But she still did have a soft spot. Her looks and strong will are what landed her the job at the asylum. She tries her best to be one of the few that actually wants to help. But the evil within this town makes all twist to darkness at one point. She is called Red or The Red Queen by a patient named Alice Liddelton. She acts hard on Alice, but she really does care for her and has a soft spot for her. She tries to steal her away whenever she can from Dr. Carter. She also has kept a close eye on another patient named Coraline Jones. She keeps her as a little pet. She was a beautiful woman whom he had taken for a short while. He turned her into the lustful being she is now. She follows where ever he calls her to. She has a dark and twisted nature and loves to feed off the unwilling souls lost to this asylum. The only souls that break through her icy heart are her three adopted daughters Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela. Her true age and origin are unknown to all but her and Dr. Tepes. Because of her skills and powers, she works on the Red level floor with the most dangerous of the patients. Because there is very little that any of them can actually do to her. There are times he swears his brain is lost. Or has been wiped of everything that was before the fog settled here? He is one of the few trusted Doctors who work here. He spends most of his time in the lab. Which is located on the lower end of the first floor. He has one patient that has become his obsession. He wants her and only here. But she wants nothing to do with him. So he is often cold and cruel with his treatments off her. He hopes that he can break her and make her his. He is now a mutant that has mind control and he can cast illusions and trap his patients in them. This is what caught the head doctor's eye. With a power like this, he could not only keep the asylum in check but also the town. So really, is the fog a curse or maybe an illusion caused by Dr. Genie power.
