 Alexis’ past is shrouded in mystery. It’s like a blackness in her mind. Her parents or whoever took care of her ...her home,  even her own name totally erased. Where had it all gone? All Alexis could remember was a dark place filled with moans every few seconds. Maybe a scream even. Was this blackness hell? 

No, this place was just a place for pain. Fed food from a tray like an animal imprisoned alone in almost complete darkness. All because she was different. They didn’t want her for any other reason. They told they did this for her own good. She was supposed to be a threat and a danger.

There were tests  ...injections. Only when someone came into her cell did she ever have human contact. Were they trying to cure her? No. They were trying to use her or her abilities.

 As she  got older she got stronger and she learned to control her abilities.  And in that she planned  her escape.  She never thought she could get away, but her body built up a resistance to sedation. Late one night she escaped. 

Nor remembrance except just the running and then feeling the night air around her and never ever stopping or looking back,

She lives a very solitary life. She hides away and feels uncomfortable in crowds,  She just wants to feel human again. Is there a place for a freak like her. There must be.  But will she ever find it?
